Ferrets Cage

I Was Recently Cleaning My Ferrets Cage And When I Picked Up The Litter Box There Was A Great Amount Of Small White Worms Crawling Around. Is It Possible That My Ferret Could Have Gotten Them. How Do I Get Rid Of Them For Good. Please Help!
